• Our certified coaches are licensed facilitators and are deeply committed to helping those in leadership positions become highly-effective managers. Behind every workshop and coaching session is an ongoing study of leadership excellence along with decades of industry and corporate expertise.

What drives Jim Reilly is his passion to inspire individuals and organizations to achieve greater results. He is recognized as a motivational speaker at business networking events and often  called the 'voice of reason'.

Jim specializes in helping management teams evaluate their organizational needs and guides them towards creative problem solving strategies that achieve desired results.

His drive for organizational performance and team development earned him the Verizon Excellence Award from Verizon Communications, a Fortune 100 company.

Working with top leaders in the Bell Atlantic and NYNEX merger, Jim developed the company’s first Request for Proposal inter-departmental process and created a technical sales team to support an organization responsible for $1.2B in annual sales.

Jim has a MS degree in Telecommunications & Computing Management from Polytechnic University and completed Wharton’s Executive Development Program – ‘Leading Organizational Change’. In 2008, Jim was certified (by Jay Conrad Levinson) as a Guerrilla Marketing Practitioner and earned a certification as Master Coach Certified Trainer from the Center for Executive Coaching.

On a personal note, Jim is an experienced sailor and maintains training as a black belt in Japanese Karate. His true enjoyment is spending quality time with his family.

 

Pat Lipovski's mission is to help good leaders become even more effective in delivering results, and in developing key team members.

With a coaching philosophy grounded in the key fundamentals of business and leadership, Pat specializes in catapulting already accomplished leaders and their teams to the next level of  personal and professional success.

Pat is a top-ranked corporate coach and has been honored by international coaching organizations with multiple client achievement awards, such as "North American Coach of the Year" and "Top Executive/Corporate Coach".

Today, Pat is focused on coaching and developing leaders within corporations such as Bell Canada, Core Lab, KPMG, Macleod Dixon, SAP, Precision Drilling, Genivar engineering, Shlumberger, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and WestJet Airlines.

Pat has a BA in Management & Marketing from the University of Alberta. He worked as a facilitator and trainer with the Dale Carnegie organization.

Pat serves on numerous boards of nonprofit organizations and is an active member and director of a local Rotary Club in Calgary, Alberta.
